DR. Javed Hingora, Owner/Homeopath

Originally from India and studied in Pune. He continued his studies in Alonissos, Greece for four years alongside Professor George Vithoulkas, an honoured recipient of the Alternative Nobel Prize. 

With 18 years of experience in the field, Dr Javed Hingora has been pivotal in helping thousands of patients from over 100 countries to heal naturally from various ailments and conditions.

  • A Fellow of the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy in Greece, Dr Hingora also believes in the simplicity of healing using hands.

  • His client portfolio includes celebrities, dignitaries and members of the Royal families from various countries.


  • He has pioneered the propagation of homeopathy in the UAE founding the first dedicated homeopathy clinic, Dubai Homeopathy Health Centre in Dubai in 2005. 


  • Dr Hingora nurtures a deep interest in photography and is currently authoring a book tutoring wildlife photography. He is also a hobby pilot and regularly flies in the UAE, South and East Africa while further being a devoted motor- cycling enthusiast.

Annett Terlinden, Speech & Language Therapist

Annett Terlinden, from Germany, has been providing speech and language therapy at the Dubai Homeopathy Health Centre since 2007.

Upon completion of her studies in German language and literature, Science of Education and History at the University in Düsseldorf / Germany, she trained as a speech and language therapist for three years and got her certification and diploma as a state-approved Speech and Language Therapist in 2001.


Besides her successful therapeutic work she became a lecturer for Speech and Language therapy and Science of Education at the state approved Düsseldorf Academy - School for Speech and Language Pathology (Logopädie). Before moving to Dubai she was a member of the school management and worked closely with the department of health in her hometown in Germany.


In 2011 she graduated as Certified Dyslexia Trainer and in 2015 she got her Certificate as Certified Sensory Integration Therapist.

In Dubai she is practising Speech and Language therapy in English and German. She helps children with:


  • Delay in early and social interaction skills (Early intervention)

  • Articulation disorder and phonological disorder

  • Tongue tie, tongue thrust and immature swallowing pattern

  • Stuttering

  • Expressive and/or receptive language disorder

  • Dyslexia

  • Specific speech and language impairment

  • Voice disorder


Coaching for parents and caregivers is an important part of her work. Parents are invited to attend therapy sessions at any time to acquire and improve supportive interaction techniques and get advice how to apply the content of the therapy at home.


Ms Terlinden is experienced in working with children with special needs as well as adults​.

Amanda McKenna, Occupational Therapist

Amanda McKenna qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, UK in 2009. During her time at university Amanda worked for 3 years with individuals with autism and challenging behaviour. Amanda has four years experience working as an Occupational Therapist in Health & Social care within the community. During this time she worked with individuals from the age of sixteen with a wide range of conditions including neurological disorders, learning disabilities and mental health problems. She has carried out voluntary work in a School and Development Project in Uganda, helping to improve the quality of life for the local children.


Amanda moved to Dubai in 2013 where she worked for 2 years in an Early Intervention Nursery for children with various disabilities including developmental delays, autism, learning disabilities, sensory processing disorders and handwriting difficulties. Providing comprehensive evaluations through standardised and non-standardised assessments Amanda aims to use occupation and activity as an effective means of treatment, promoting independence and improving quality of life across all ages.  


Passionate about working with children, Amanda has continued her professional development becoming a certified Sensory Integration Therapist after completing the 4 levels of the Comprehensive Sensory Integration Program from the University of Southern California, USA.

Monica Garnett, Occupational & Vision Therapist

Monica is a qualified Kinderkineticist/Pediatric Occupational Therapist from the University of the Free State in South Africa. Bachelors degree in Human Movement Science & Post-graduation in Kinderkinetics/ Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Pediatric Occupational Therapy is a new field of study specializing in gross and fine motor development in children aged 0-13 years.

Further trained in binocular vision skills, strabismus and vision related learning difficulties.


Monica knew from a very young age she wanted to work with children. She started volunteer work at an Orphanage in South Africa from the young age of 16 years. She realized then the support which was needed in such organizations and furthered her career in child care.


After her 4 years of study Monica started working at a variety of nursery schools assessing children’s motor development, presenting gross motor programs and assisting teachers with any classroom recommendations and early intervention programs. This close work within school environments with teachers and in-house therapist, on school premises, aided in a more goal-directed approach to treatment and early prevention of scholastic challenges in children.


Monica has for the last 3 years furthered her field of study to include Vision Therapy. Monica worked in an Optometric practice in South Africa for 3 years focusing on Vision Therapy.


Vision Therapy is often defined as physical exercise for your eyes and brain. Vision Therapy works on strengthening eye muscle control to ensure the brain is receiving information clearly, as our eyes serve as the input system for most learning especially during school years.

In 2012 Monica started her own practice in South Africa specializing in motor skill development and vision therapy. She worked as part of a multidisciplinary team including: Speech Therapist, Dietician, Optometrist and Psychologists.

Monica has been working in Dubai for the past 3 years in special needs schools and learning support centres, namely: Dubai Center for Special needs, Pulse Center and Child Early Intervention Medical Center.

Monica has through her experience being able to apply a more holistic approach to the therapy process and has applied her knowledge to adapt to the constant changes arising in child development.

Motor treatment includes: fine motor skills enhancement, hand/eye coordination, special needs stimulation: autism-PDD, Dyspraxia as well as additional therapies such as: reading therapy, vision therapy (muscle related eye exercises) & visual processing diagnosis and treatment.

Chandrika Manji, Massage Therapist

Chandrika is a UK Qualified Massage Therapist as well as Reflexology Practitioner. 

With 18 years experience as a Certified Licensed therapist, Chandrika supports and empowers clients by using a collaborative approach, honouring individuality by designing unique treatment plans. By fulfilling the needs of the mind, body and spirit, balancing the body on the physical level as well as holistically on the inside through energy release, optimal wellness is achieved.

Skilled with various massage techniques, she uses Reiki in her sessions to deepen her treatments for the benefit of the client.

Breathing and meditation to enhance healing and impact the body’s immune system in a positive way are further techniques, which she has found to help support weight loss as well as pain management.

Angela Murlowska, Patient Relationship Manager

Angela Murlowska has been with Dubai Homeopathy Health Centre since its inception in 2005.

She is a UK Qualified Craniosacral Therapist.

Her interest in natural healing lead her to study many other healing modalities including Theta Healing, Percussive Suggestion Technique, Touch for Health, Quantum touch, Emotion coding and Dorn Therapy. 

She was introduced to Homeopathy when one of her children had a condition that was very difficult to treat with conventional medicine, ultimately it was cured by Dr Javed. The family continued to use homeopathy to treat many conditions and avoid the use of chemical medication from the past 26 years.

She became intensely interested in homeopathy, this lead her to read and study many of the books by Homeopathic masters.

She is available to support patients and will see them before their consultation with any of the therapists.  She will explain the dos and don'ts in homeopathic treatment and what to look for after taking a remedy.
